What is Scarecrow and Mr. Vogt? Well, that is a question not easily answered, my friend. You see, there are some things in this world that must remain mysteries, forever locked away just beyond our grasp, taunting us with the ripe cherries of truth and understanding that can never truly be possessed by our primitive human faculties. Scarecrow and Mr. Vogt, on the other hand, is a comedy group and you can find out pretty much everything about them by clicking the links below. I'm talking about the goddamn ENTERTAINMENT SHOW. It's going down once a month at the SUNSET TAVERN in BALLARD. Let's just cut to the chase: it's the GREATEST SHOW IN THE HISTORY OF EVERYTHING. Sorry, everything else. You need to attend the shows. We feature top Seattle comedians and top Seattle bands. And--who knows--one day we may even feature comedians and band that aren't even from Seattle! If it ever becomes necessary. Our upcoming shows include the FEBRUARY 27th blowout featuring Scott Moran, Jaqi Furback and Dartanion London, with the phenomenal band The Maldives. We're also doing the late nights at the Grand Illusion Theater on Feb. 23, 24 and March 2, 3 at 11:00pm. Hopefully, the rest of this site will be updated appropriately to represent these and more upcoming shows.

Meanwhile, you may notice from the new poster that we are not going by "Scarecrow and Mr. Vogt" anymore. Is this because "Scarecrow and Mr. Vogt" is an awful name? Is the change permanent? Will anyone care? Will that thing on my penis ever go away? Yes, maybe, no, and I hope so. In the meantime, I'm gonna keep this page under the original heading until we come up with something else to call ourselves. We don't want the eight people who know who we are to get confused, now do we?
